Customising Your Experience

We understand that each client has different needs and preferences when it comes to reviewing property opportunities. While our team conducts the same thorough in-house assessment for all our clients, you have the flexibility to choose how you would like to receive this information. The best fit for you will depend on how much time you have to be involved in the process, as your feedback and collaboration are crucial to our mutual success.

    Comprehensive Involvement
    If you prefer to be highly involved in the process, you can receive up to 10+ property listings per week from our in-house assessments. This option allows you to review every opportunity in detail, though it may require more of your time and effort to evaluate each one.

    Curated Selection
    For those who want a balanced approach, we can present the top 3-5 property opportunities per week. Our team will carefully assess all available options and provide a curated selection of the best matches. This option ensures you receive high-quality opportunities without being overwhelmed by too many choices.

    Option 3: Streamlined Process
    If you prefer a more streamlined experience, we can present only the top 1-2 property opportunities within your criteria per week. This option is ideal for those who have limited time in their schedule, but still want to be confident that they are seeing the best options available.

Communication Standards

Phone

Regular phone communication especially at the beginning of your journey is highly recommended. Not only for building trust in process, but also for continuing to educate your Buyer’s Agent on your preferences and vice versa regards market conditions.

Email

We try not to overwhelm your inbox with email communication. However, you can expect 2-3 emails from us per week at a minimum. Mondays with weekend follow ups, mid-week run down of new opportunities and Friday home-open confirmations.

WhatsApp

Your secure WhatsApp chat allows us to keep you informed of updates to your Map as new opportunities arise along with the sharing of key information and matters thar require swift attention.
